![]() The White Sox rank dead last in the league in team wOBA against RHP this year, and they strike out at an above-average clip. Given the respective matchups, I will give a slight edge to Lopez against the White Sox. Tyler Glasnow and Pablo Lopez offer you a slightly higher ceiling than you get with Burnes, and I will absolutely keep them in my GPP pool. I could see Burnes pitching a complete game here, as Milwaukee looks to take control of the NL Central race. The Nationals have an implied team total under three runs here, and while they don’t strike out a lot, they also don’t offer a lot of threat to pile on runs. He pitched eight no-hit innings against the Yankees in his last start, and while he may not bring the massive strikeout potential that he did a few years ago, he is still an elite major league pitcher with above-average strikeouts.
